It applies both to users who use the platform to search for professionals or services and to professionals who apply for registration and use the services offered by Syncro.

Payment data

Payments are handled exclusively through Stripe Connect. Syncro does not store full credit card numbers, IBANs or other complete banking details. We only receive the information needed to manage payments (for example the Stripe account ID, the KYC verification status and the payment status).

  • Access logs

4. Purposes of processing

Data are processed in order to:

  • create and manage the account;
  • allow the professional application;
  • publish the professional profile;
  • connect users and professionals;
  • manage payments and commissions;
  • provide support;
  • prevent fraud and unlawful use;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • improve the platform services.
  • With prior consent, data may also be used to send commercial communications and updates.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on:

  • performance of the contract;
  • compliance with legal obligations;
  • the legitimate interest of the controller;
