Terms and Conditions for Users / Expats

1. Platform operator

2. Scope

These Terms govern the use of the platform by users, expats, entrepreneurs, digital nomads, students, families and anyone who uses Syncro to search for professionals, services, products, events or other available features.

Use of the platform entails acceptance of these Terms.

3. Registration

Registration is free.

An account is required to access some features.

The user declares that the information provided is correct, complete and up to date.

4. User plans

Syncro may make different usage plans available.

Free plan: the free plan allows access to the platform's basic features, with possible limitations compared to paid plans.

Subscription plans: Syncro may offer one or more subscription plans that include additional features, such as, by way of example: greater profile visibility; access to premium services; exclusive benefits; request priority; discounts; advanced features; other benefits indicated at the time of subscription.

The features, prices and duration of the plans are indicated on the platform and may be updated over time.

5. Payments

Subscriptions are paid through authorized payment providers, including Stripe.

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled, where expressly stated during subscription.

The user can manage their plan from the personal area.

6. Professionals and services

Syncro connects users and professionals but is not the provider of the services offered.

Unless otherwise stated, the contract for the purchased service or product is concluded directly between the user and the Professional.

7. Bookings and purchases

The user is responsible for bookings and purchases made through the platform.

Before confirming a purchase, they must check: the service description; the price; any limitations; the cancellation conditions; the required requirements.

8. Payments

Where applicable, payments are processed through Stripe or other authorized providers.

Syncro does not store full payment card data.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the Professional or the purchased service.

The user is invited to check them before purchasing.

Any disputes will be handled according to the procedures provided by the platform and applicable law.

10. Reviews

Users may publish reviews only in relation to experiences they actually had.

Reviews that are: false; offensive; defamatory; discriminatory; or irrelevant are not allowed.

Syncro may remove reviews that violate these Terms.

11. User obligations

The user undertakes to: use the platform properly; not provide false information; respect Professionals and other users; not use the platform for unlawful activities; not attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

12. Account suspension

Syncro may suspend or close an account in case of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent use; unlawful activities; conduct harmful to the platform or other users.

13. Intellectual property

All platform content is owned by Syncro S.r.l. or the respective owners.

Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

14. Limitation of liability

Syncro provides a technology platform that connects users and professionals.

Except as provided by law, Syncro does not guarantee: the quality of the services; the availability of the professionals; the achievement of specific results; the absence of service interruptions.

15. Changes

Syncro may modify these Terms and the plan features at any time.

Changes will be communicated through the platform and will only apply going forward.

16. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Trieste, unless otherwise mandatorily provided by law.
